FAQ

Straight answers.

Can I really earn money from a game I built with AI?

Yes, but the money comes from players, not from the building. A small game with a few hundred plays a day earns tens of dollars a month at Indian eCPMs, as the table above shows. The ones that earn more win on short rounds, easy sharing and steady traffic.

How do I put Google ads inside a web game?

Apply for AdSense H5 Games Ads with a website that hosts your playable game. Once Google approves the account, the domain and the game, you load its ad script and call adBreak() at pauses such as the end of a match. Part 7 of the prompt builds all of that behind a switch.

Do I need AdSense approval first?

Yes. H5 game ad formats are not on by default. Google reviews the account, then the domain, then each game, and approval is not guaranteed. Keep ADS_ENABLED off until it comes through.

Why are Indian eCPMs so low?

Advertisers pay more to reach people they expect to buy something, and spend per person is lower in India than in the US or UK. One benchmark puts India at about $0.40–$1.50 per 1,000 views against $5–$12 for tier-1 countries. Volume is what makes up the difference.

Can I use the characters from the video that inspired this?

No. Those drawings belong to their maker. This guide's prompt asks Claude to draw an original cast, and an Indian one: a sipahi, a ghoda, a hathi, a qila, a rani and a raja. Keep your own cast, and change them to ninjas or anything else if you like.

Why one 15-minute clock instead of a clock per player?

A single clock for the whole match keeps a game short enough to fit between two ad breaks and easy to explain: you have 15 minutes between you. If you want a clock per player instead, change Part 3 of the prompt and the timing checks in Part 5.

Who can see the match history?

In this version, every signed-in player can read every finished match, which is what makes the History tab feel alive. If you want it private, change the read rule in Part 5 so a player reads only the matches they hosted.

Do I need to know how to code?

No. You paste one prompt, run one SQL file and add two keys. What helps is being able to read an error message and paste it back to Claude when something doesn't work.
