SetupRecord the raw video

Film yourself in your room while acting as if you are already in the final scene, e.g. holding an imaginary steering wheel or mixing at a DJ desk. Your body language matters most.

SetupCapture screenshots

Pause the video at 2-5 moments and screenshot poses from different angles, with your face clearly visible.

SetupCollect environment references

Find one or more Pinterest images of the final setting, such as a sports car interior, rooftop club or moon surface.

SetupUpload everything to ChatGPT

Upload the 2-5 screenshots and the environment reference image, with the environment image last.

PromptGenerate the reference image

Paste the ChatGPT prompt. ChatGPT returns an image with your face, pose and camera angle kept, and the setting, clothing and lighting changed to match the reference.

PromptGenerate the video with Motion Control

In your video generation tool, upload the raw video and the AI reference image, enable Motion Control and paste the motion prompt. It keeps your movement and camera motion and replaces the environment.

TestCheck and refine

Check the result. For better output, record in good light, move smoothly, avoid camera shake and be specific about environment, clothing, props and atmosphere.

I have uploaded multiple screenshots from my raw video. They are almost similar photos, shared from different angles so you can accurately recreate the same person's face, hairstyle, body proportions, and expression.

Everything should closely match what the person is doing in the screenshots. Preserve the exact pose, body language, hand placement, camera angle, facial expression, and perspective.
