Choose one type of local business (there are 100 ideas at the end of this post). Niching down matters: when you email "I redesign websites for dental clinics," it lands far harder than "I make websites."

Search Google for that niche in a city — "dentist in Indore," "yoga classes in Pune." Open the websites. You're hunting for the ones that look stuck in 2012: clunky layouts, tiny text, not mobile-friendly, slow. These owners are your perfect customers, because the upgrade is obvious.
