This workflow allows you to create professional AI-generated videos using a simple video recorded in your room. Instead of shooting in expensive locations, you only need to act naturally while imagining the final environment. ChatGPT then converts screenshots from your raw video into reference images that perfectly match your intended scene. These images are later used with the motion control feature to generate a cinematic final video while preserving your body movement.

Step 1: Record the Raw Video

Record yourself in your room.

While recording, imagine that you are already inside the final environment. Your body language is the most important part.

For example:

Driving a Car

• Hold an imaginary steering wheel.
• Look at the road.
• Turn the wheel naturally.
• Lean slightly during turns.

Swimming

• Perform swimming strokes.
• Breathe naturally.
• Move your shoulders and body like you are in water.

DJ Performance

• Pretend you're adjusting DJ controls.
• Nod to the music.
• Raise your hands occasionally.
• Feel the rhythm.

Drinking Vodka

• Hold a bottle.
• Sit naturally.
• Drink slowly.
• Relax your posture.

Step 2: Capture Screenshots

Once the raw video is recorded:

• Pause the video at 2–5 different moments.
• Capture screenshots from different angles.
• Make sure your face is clearly visible.
• Capture poses that represent the movement.

These screenshots will become the reference images.

Step 3: Collect Environment References

Find one or more images that represent your desired final environment from Pinterest.

These reference images help ChatGPT understand the final look.

Step 4: Upload Everything to ChatGPT

Upload:

• 2–5 screenshots from your raw video
• 1 environment reference image (or multiple references if needed)

Step 5: Use the Prompt

Use the following prompt template.

Everything should closely match what the person is doing in the screenshots. Preserve the exact pose, body language, hand placement, camera angle, facial expression, and perspective.

The last uploaded image is the reference for the environment that I want to create.

Replace the original background with this environment while maintaining realistic lighting, shadows, reflections, depth, and perspective.

If clothing needs to change to suit the environment, replace it appropriately while keeping the person's identity unchanged.

The final image should look like a real photograph, not AI-generated, with cinematic lighting and ultra-realistic details.

Step 6: Generate the Reference Image

ChatGPT will generate a new image where:

• Your face matches the screenshot.
• Your pose remains identical.
• The camera angle is preserved.
• The environment is completely transformed.
• Clothing matches the scene (if required).
• Lighting is realistic.
• The image is cinematic.

This image becomes the reference image for video generation.

Step 7: Use Motion Control

Upload:

• Your original raw video
• The AI-generated reference image
• And write the prompt below

Enable Motion Control in your video generation tool.

The AI will:

• Preserve your original movements.
• Keep the camera motion.
• Maintain body language.
• Replace the entire environment.
• Update clothing (if applicable).
